Cancelation, Refund & Delivery Policy
At Restoration Webmaster (DBA ServiceGeek Inc.), we keep things simple and transparent. You can cancel your service at any time—no long-term contracts, no penalties. If you’ve been charged for a new billing cycle and cancel within three (3) calendar days, you’re eligible for a full refund. Cancelations made after the 3-day window will still be processed, but they’ll apply to the next billing cycle, and no refund will be issued for the current month.
All services are delivered on a rolling 30-day schedule. This means that each month you’re billed, the work for that billing cycle is already completed or in final review. We do this to maintain quality and ensure consistent delivery, month after month. Upon request, we’ll also provide a proof-of-work document showing everything completed for that month—this includes links, screenshots, reports, and other relevant deliverables. This documentation is optional and can be sent if you’d like a record.
To cancel, just email us at david@restoregeek.io, use your client dashboard, or reach out to your account manager directly. Cancelation requests are timestamped based on when they are received, not when they are sent. We’ll confirm your cancelation within one business day and make sure your account is properly updated.
